Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Please inform about any cancellations at least 48 hours before the delivery. In that case full amount will be refunded.
  2. If the delivery is already in progress we will not be able to cancel or refund the amount.
  3. Same day delivery orders cannot be cancelled.
  4. We will try our best to incorporate the changes if any to the order but it also depends upon local florist. Hence FloraUAE decision will be final in case of any changes requested.
  5. For any cancellations, changes, refunds please write to us at FloraUAE.com.
  6. The order will not qualify for a refund if order was not completed because of unavailability of recipient, non-acceptance by recipient; recipient could not be contacted because of wrong phone number. In all these cases our team will try its best for the delivery of products but this will not qualify as service failure hence any refund will not be given.
  7. In any case the refund amount will not be higher then the total amount which is paid by the customer.
  8. For all matters related to Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds etc. FloraUAE management decision will be final.
  9. Any deals, discounts etc cannot be claimed as refunds.
  10. We can change the Cancellations and Refunds Policy at any time and same will be uploaded on website.
